Sawgrass Trailhead of Atlantic Blvd
The Sawgrass Trailhead of Atlantic Blvd is perfect for e-bikers to enjoy to beauty and wildlife of Everglades National Park. This is a relatively new trail that was created in 2015 and it gives you access to the trail within the actual park. Bring your e-bike here if you want to enjoy the amazing sunsets, wonderful wildlife and general peace that the outdoors brings.
In total, the trail is about 10 miles long. It doesn’t offer a ton of shade, so make sure you bring a hat and some shades along with you.
With over 29 acres of land, Welleby Park is one of the biggest parks in Sunrise. It’s open all year long and many events are hosted here. The trail around the park is a little over a mile long, making it a shorter path for e-bikes, but the scenery is well worth it.
After you’re done riding, you can always enjoy some time in the shade or on the playground with your kids. This is the perfect place to ride with your family.
C-13 Canal Greenway
If you’re looking for a short, easy ride, look no further than the C-13 Canal Greenway trail. It’s paved and only about 2 miles long, running alongside a canal. This gives you the opportunity to experience some wildlife on your ride, which is always a treat.
